I currently live in England. My husband is active duty Air Force, so we've moved around a bit - before this was Virginia and before that in Oklahoma. And, as you can see from the jersey in my photo, I'm originally from Colorado.
Here in England, gardening is pretty big - just about everyone has one in their backyard, so we started one for the first time this year. It's been educational and actually really fun, weeding and chronic stinging nettle infestation aside.
Working in the garden and having lots of fresh, delicious produce has inspired me and reignited my interest in cooking, which led to the creation of this blog. It's an attempt to chronicle and share my two passions, cycling and cooking and I hope you enjoy it!
